This personal data protection policy aims at providing you with information about the commitments and measures taken by bim, which is owned by NOERDEN, a simplified joint stock company with a single shareholder, registered in Paris Trade and Companies Register under 842 202 319, whose head office is located at 30, Cours Albert 1er - 75008 PARIS, (hereinafter “NOERDEN”), to ensure that your rights are respected.
Under the principle of data minimization or “Privacy by default”, bim ensures to only collect and process the data strictly needed regarding the purpose for which they are processed.

Amplitude

Amplitude is an analytics service.
As for analytics purposes, Amplitude helps to understand, in particular, how users find Application (for example, which advertiser had delivered an ad that led You to Application in App Store). Amplitude also provides bim with different analytics tools that enable to research and analyse Your user of the Service.

In order to receive those services from Amplitude, we share such data as:
– Platform, device type, device family, country, city, region, carrier, OS, language, IP address ("technical information")
– Your interaction with the Application (i.e. taps in the particular screens).
Aims of the collection
The personal data collected are processed by bim for any of the following purposes:

Grounds of the collection
This data collection is systematically based either on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, or on the consent of the person concerned, or on compliance with a legal obligation.

bim only communicates personal data to its authorized internal services, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, subcontractors and public bodies, exclusively to meet its legal obligations.
Personal data shall not be transferred, rent, exchanged or transferred to a third country or an international organization.
Data retention period

Your personal data are stored for three (3) years after their collection once you have expressed your consent to the collection and provided that you have not subsequently withdrawn your consent. This period is renewed at each positive response from you following a personalized solicitation measure.
Data collected when using services offered on the Application
Your personal data are stored for the whole duration of your contractual relationship with us.
Data security
bim ensures the security of your personal data by implementing organizational and technical security measures.
bim encrypts data in transit using HTTPS and logically isolates customer data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit (i.e. your data is temporarily made inaccessible), delete your personal data, as well as the right to their portability.
By exercising his/her portability right, the user may (i) either request the return of his personal data (ii) or request the transfer of the data to a third party designated by him/her.
To exercise these rights, you are required to send an email to bim at the following email address: contact@bim.miami. Each request must be accompanied by a proof of identity.
Where there is a reasonable doubt regarding your identity, you may be asked to provide additional information for additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
In manifestly unfounded, excessive or repeated requests, bim may refuse these requests.
